3. Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required before project commencement.
Payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the contract.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in project delays.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
4. Estimates & Project Modifications
Initial estimates are based on available information and may be subject to adjustments.
Any changes or modifications requested by the client may affect the project cost and timeline.
Additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a written change order and approval from both parties.
5. Liability & Warranties
Custom Built Innovations LLC guarantees workmanship quality as per industry standards.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party contractors.
Any warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and project materials created by Custom Built Innovations LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a contract under the terms specified in the agreement.
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, they may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point.
We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, breach of contract, or unsafe working conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Custom Built Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Amsterdam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.
